We are committed to listening when people want to share their views and feedback about our services. We believe in continuous improvement of our services and, most importantly, we will never ignore anyone who has concerns about the services we provide them with. In the spirit of open collaboration, we always welcome an honest and constructive debate. We invite our users to openly collaborate with us if they have any feedback or concerns.

Users of Babylon’s services across Asia are encouraged to share any feedback or queries they might have.
If users are interacting with Babylon’s services within our partner’s app, our partner will provide a dedicated email address that allows for direct and swift correspondence with their users. If there are any issues related to Babylon’s services, our partner will notify Babylon immediately. Upon receiving sufficient information about the issue faced, our clinical safety, clinical AI and regulatory teams will be activated to conduct a thorough analysis of the issue.
